Program Duration Disclaimer

The program duration communicated through the official website, brochures, advertisements, or any other marketing materials represents the ideal timeline under standard conditions. However, actual program duration may vary depending on multiple factors including—but not limited to—the overall capabilities and learning pace of the specific batch and the availability of industry professionals for mentoring sessions. IIDST is not liable for any variation in program completion timelines arising from these variables.

Internship Allotment

Internship opportunities mentioned as part of the curriculum are subject to availability of positions at IIDST’s partner organizations. IIDST does not guarantee internship allotment and is not liable for any delay or unavailability arising from third-party organizations or external factors.
Internship allotments are subject to the availability of roles at IIDST's partner organizations. While delays may occur due to industry demand and hiring cycles, every student will be provided with an internship opportunity (if mentioned as part of the program's curriculum) within 24 months from the batch’s official start date, provided they meet basic performance and conduct criteria.

Placement Process Prerequisites

Placement assistance and associated services will only commence once the student has fulfilled all formalities related to the Income Share Agreement (ISA) or other contractual commitments as prescribed by IIDST. No exceptions will be made to this policy under any circumstances.

Use of Communication Channels

All WhatsApp groups, community forums, and other communication platforms facilitated by IIDST are strictly intended for academic discussions and batch coordination. Any use of these groups for unauthorized purposes—including but not limited to promotion, solicitation, or personal grievances—will lead to immediate removal from the platform at IIDST's sole discretion.
IIDST reserves the right to remove any student from WhatsApp groups, discussion forums, or other community platforms in case of violations or misconduct.
However, affected students may submit a formal appeal via email to support@iidst.org, clearly stating:

  • The reason for their removal
  • Acknowledgement of the policy breach
  • A written commitment to adhere to community guidelines going forward
Appeals will be reviewed within 7 business days, and re-addition is subject to the discretion of the moderation team.

Complaint & Grievance Redressal

Any complaints, concerns, or feedback must be communicated directly to your assigned career coach or via email to one of the following official support channels:

Indirect escalation through social platforms or unofficial channels will not be entertained or responded to formally.

Class Participation and Learning Responsibility

Students are strongly advised to attend all live sessions. In the event of a missed class, students are expected to watch the recording promptly and keep up with the curriculum. Those falling behind are required to go through recordings thoroughly and compile a list of doubts, which can then be addressed in organized group doubt-clearing sessions with their assigned career coach.
Note: Under no circumstances will one-to-one tutoring or re-classes be arranged either for individual students or entire batches unless explicitly decided by the IIDST academic team.

All class schedules are determined based on the availability of our trainers, who are working industry professionals. To accommodate our working students, we conduct classes primarily on weekends. In special cases, weekday sessions may be scheduled, but only with the consent of the majority of the batch. The initial class timing shared at the time of enrollment is provisional and based on trainer availability for the initial modules of the curriculum. Please note: No refund requests will be entertained on the grounds of changes in class timing or schedule adjustments.

Code of Conduct and Right to Admission

IIDST reserves the full right of admission and continuation in its programs. Any act of misconduct, abusive behavior toward IIDST staff, or defamation of IIDST—whether online (including social media and public forums) or offline—will result in immediate termination of enrollment. In such cases, the student will forfeit any and all rights to claim a refund, and legal action may be pursued if deemed necessary.
